To say a page (e.g. article, image, category or template) needs some form of help, we place tags at the top of the source of the page, so people take notice of them.
All tags currently follow this format.
{{"0"|"1"|"2"|"3"}} where:
- "0" is the type of tag being placed.
- "1" is area for the page type (image, category, template, article) being tagged.
- "2" is area for the month and year for the tagging.
- "3" is area for the user name of who is doing the tagging.
So, as an example: {{Propertag|article|October 2009|WikiSysop}} becomes:
